Buttercream baptsim cross cake

This is a 12" double layer cake for a baptism. The bottom layer is chocolate, the filling is buttercream, and the top layer is butter yellow. The cake is then iced with a generous layer of vanilla buttercream. Hand piped individual shells adorn the top layer and reverse shells finish the bottom layer. The cross on top and the writing is gumpaste.

Two Sweet Bakery!!!

Two Sweet Bakery now has a home!! We had a separate kitchen built to the health department standards in our basment to create all these goodies!! Two Sweet Bakery specializes in custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. The bakery will be fully certified in December.

This is Pablo from the Backyardigans. This is a single layer chocolate cake with buttercream filling. It is covered in a generous layer of smooth blue buttercream. All details on the cake were sculpted and/or piped by hand

Leaf sugar cookies with royal icing..orange, red, and green fall colored leaves, with some swirled with multiple colors to represent the changing colors.

This is a mixture of butter yellow and chocolate cupcakes with big swirls of buttercream icing. Fondant hand cut and imprinted leaves detail the cupcakes.
