Baptism cake

This is an 8" double layer butter yellow cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and an outer layer of vanilla buttercream.  A Cricut cut fondant cross lays on top.  Also, butter yellow cake bites dipped in white chocolate and white crystals.

Nutcracker cake

This is a 10" double layer cake.  The bottom layer is chocolate, there is a chocolate ganache filling and the top layer is classic white.  There is an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and it is covered in a fresh layer of white fondant.  The harlequin pattern adorns the sides.  A hand cut nutcracker rests on top.

Justin Beiber 8th grade graduation cake

This is a 6" double layer round cake.  The bottom layer is chocolate and the top layer is classic white.  The filling is vanilla butterceram.  It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and it is then coveream in a fresh layer of fondant which was then airbrushed purple.  Double layered stars adorn the sides of the cake.  Mini stars complete the top and bottom.  An edible Justin Beiber icing sheet lays on top.

Dragon fly and butterfly cookies

These are dragon fly and butterfly sugar cookies decorated in royal icing. 

Yellow lab birthday cake

This is a 6" double layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling.  It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and is covered in a fresh layer of white fondant.  The top has a royal icing image of a yellow lab and the sides are adorned with fondant bones as well and a fondant birthday sign. 

Spiderman cake bites

Spiderman cake bites: Chocolate cake mixed with vanilla buttercream icing and covered in chocolate.  They are then hand decorated to resemble spiderman.

Justin Beiber birthday cake

This is an 8" double layer butter yellow cake with vanilla custard filling.  It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and a fresh layer of white fondant.  An edible icing image of Justin Beiber lays on top and black and purple stars adorn the rest of the cake.

Graduation cake and cupcakes

This is a 10" double layer chocolate/vanilla cake with a vanilla buttercream filling, an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and it is then covered in a fresh layer of white fondant.  The graduate is airbrushed on.  A harlequin pattern and dragees complete the cake, along with a fondant top and bottom hand cut black band.  Below are chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting and chocolate graduation caps on top.  The cupcake papers also have the theme!!

Dairy free graduation cake

This is a 14" double layer round chocolate dairy free cake with vanilla buttercream filling.   It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream with shell piping at the bottom and reverse shell piping at the top.  A circle of fondant holds an airbrushed stncil of a graduate.  The cake in entirely dairy free.

Mackenzie Childs inspired graduation cake

This is a two tiered Mackenzie Childs inspired graduation cake.  The bottom tier is a double layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling and an outer layer of vanilla buttercream.  It has a fresh outer layer of white fondant which is then hand painted to resemble the Courtly Check pattern.  It is finished in yellow beads on the bottom.  The top tier is a double layer red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream filling and an outer layer of vanilla buttercream.  It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and then a fresh layer of yellow fondant.  It is finished with a harlequin pattern and gold dragees.  The top of the cake features round fondant discs and a hand cut Cougar paw.

Spring daisy cake

This is an 8" double layer butter yellow cake with fresh raspberry filling and a generous outer layer of vanilla buttercream. It is then covered with a fresh layer of white fondant. Hand cut triple layer daisies cascade up the side and on top of the cake. Realistic looking flying butterflies and bees adorn the cake. The bottom is finished with hand painted and hand piped grass.

It is covered in a fresh layer of white fondant. There is hand painted grass around the bottom, realistic flying butterflies and daises around the top.
