Buttercream carrot cake

This is an 8" round double layer carrot cake. It is filled with cream cheese frosting and iced with a generous layer of cream cheese frosting. Hand piped roses in pink and purple decorate the top.

Miniature buttercream cupcakes and cookies

This was a large order for the grand opening of a local business. There are a mixture of 14 dozen miniature chocolate and yellow cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and dark chocolate buttercream swirls. A light sprinkle of sanding sugar dusts the top of each swirl with Two Sweet's colors of brown and blue . There are 8 dozen miniature sugar cookie stars, hearts and flowers.

Hydrangea and Rose buttercream cupcakes

A total of three dozen marblecupcakes with vanilla buttercream hand piped hydrangeas and roses. Hydrangeas in orange, pink and combinations of orange and pink representing the true color changing hydrangeas.

Muppet cupcakes

These were ordered for a muppet themed baby shower. The cupcakes are chocolate with vanilla buttercream icing. There are twelve different muppet characters. Each character was hand sculpted and created using different types of fondant and clay tools. These were a labor of love, but one of my favorites so far!!!

Sugar cookie buttercream cake

This cake was ordered as a sampler cake to test the flavors. This is a 6" double layer sugar cookie cake with vanilla custard filling and vanilla buttercream icing. Hand piped roses and leaves adorn the top and hand piping finishes the top and bottom.

Easter bunny basketweave cake

This is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Each section of this petal cake is hand piped with a different color basketweave pattern. Green coconut serves as grass and jelly beans complete each basket. A sugar cookie bunny sits on top which was decorated with royal icing. Happy Easter!!

cadbury creme egg cupcakes

These are miniature chocolate cupcakes with a mini cadbury creme egg baked inside!! They are topped with a swirl of vanilla buttercream. The combination of flavors is impecable.

John Deere 16th birthday cake

This is an 8" double layer marble cake with vanilla buttercream filling. The cake is iced with a generous layer of vanilla buttercream and then covered in a fresh layer of white fondant. The John Deere logo is completely hand cut in fondant. The tree is hand painted with fondant cut 3D leaves to add dimension. Fondant black angus cows and bees adorn the perimeter. Hand piped grass completes the bottom of the cake.

14th birthday spring flower fondant cake

This is an 8" double layer square marble cake with vanilla buttercream filling. It is iced with a generous layer of vanilla buttercream and covered with a fresh layer of white fondant. The spring theme includes multiple types of fondant flowers, hand painted grass around the perimeter and hand sculpted fondant bees. The bottom is brought to life with grass piped royal icing.
