Ugly Doll themed cupcakes

These are butter yellow cupcakes with vanila buttercream swirls. The swirls are then airbrushed on the outer portion with green, blue or orange to coordinate with an Ugly Doll theme.

Hello Kitty cake bites; cake

Hello Kitty cake bites: chocolate cake mixed with vanilla buttercream and then dipped in white chocolate. They are then decorated like Hello Kitty.

Completely hand carved Hello Kitty cake. Approx 8" one layer cake with vanilla buttercream filling and decorated with vanilla buttercream and fondant accents to resemble Hello Kitty.

Holiday artisan bazaar

This is a show that I just did for a holiday artisan bazaar. I sold items as well as sampled cakes bites and sugar cookies. I sold cake bites, cookies and cupcakes. It was a very successful night!!

Fancy Nanct themed cake. 6" double layer round chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. There is an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and it is covered in a fresh layer of white fondant. Free hand cut zebra print stripes adorn the cake as well as a purple ruffle, and pink bow and a "C" monogram.

Harlequin and dot cake

This is a two tier butter yellow cake. The bottom tier is an 8" two layer butter yellow with vanilla buttercream filling, an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and is covered in brown fondant. It has a harlequin pattern with blue fondant and dragees as accents. The top tier is a 6" double layer butter yellow cake with vanilla buttercream filling, an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and is covered in light blue fondant. Brown dots adorn this layer. Fondant beads finish the bottom.

Birthday cake

This is an 8" double layer round vanilla pound cake with a raspberry filling and an outer layer of almond buttercream. It is decorated with reverse shell piping and balloons.

Angry Bird cake bites

Cake bites: chocolate cake mixed with vanilla buttercream and dipped in chocolate. Each bird is individually decorated to represent an Angry Bird.

Princess cupcakes

These are marble cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream swirl and a crown fondant topper.

Toy Story 5th birthday cake

Two Sweet Bakery
This is a 12" round double layer butter yellow cake with vanilla buttercream filling. It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and then is covered with a fresh layer of white fondant. Cricut cut Toy Story characters adorn the cake. Each character was meticulously cut out and layered to acheive the deisred look. Hand cut black fondant patches resemble a cow theme. A fondant rope finishes the cake.

Pirate themed cake, cupcakes, cookies and cake bites

Pirate cake bites: Chocolate cake mixed with vanilla buttercream icing and dipped in chocolate, then decorated to resemble pirates.

Three tiered pirate themed cake. The bottom and middle tiers are a two layer cake with the bottom layer chocolate, vanilla buttercream filling and butter yellow top layer. They are covered in vanilla buttercream and then a fresh layer of fondant. The bottom tier was airbrushed black and the middle tier was airbrushed red. The top tier is a double layer lemon cake with raspberry filling and lemond curd filling. It is iced in vanill buttercream and covered in a fresh layer of white fondant. All three tiers have elements of the pirate theme, most cut using the Cricut cake machine.

75th birtday fishing cake

This is a 10" round double layer cake. The top layer is butter yellow, the bottom layer is chocolate and the filling is vanilla buttercream. It is iced with vanilla buttercream, covered in a fresh layer of fondant and then airbrushed to resemble the lake. Blue piping gel covers the top for water. All fondant accents of this cake were hand sculpted.

Cake Bites

These are cake bites with yellow cake moxed with vanilla buttercream. They are then dipped in chocolate and covered in fall themed sprinkles.

Guitar with drum birthday cake

A completely hand carved guitar. The guitar is chocolate cake on the bottom, a filling of vanilla buttercream and butter yellow cake on top. It is frosted in vanilla buttercream and then aibrushed black. A butter yellow 6" drum sits on top of the guitarwith hand formed drumsticks. Fondant stars shoot out of the drum to add height

Cake bites: Either butter yellow cake and vanilla buttercream or chocolate cake and vanilla buttercream mixed together and dipped in red chocolate and sprinkles
