Yankees fondant cake

This is an 8" double layer butter yellow cake. It has vanilla buttercream filling and an outer layer of vanilla buttercream. It is then covered in a fresh layer fondant. Navy fondant stripes complete the sides of the cake and baseballs with 7's to represent the child's age adorn the top. A navy rope finishes the bottom. The Yankees logo is all hand cut and luster dusted to add shimmer.
