Predators hockey logo buttercream birthday cake

Predators logo birthday cake for a big hockey fan! This 10" triple layer cake is butter yellow with buttercream filling and buttercream finish. The logo was completey hand cut and all the detailing was free hand. The logo as well as the lettering is gumpaste. The cake is finished with a reverse shell piping technique.
