This is a 10" double layer cake. The bottom layer is chocolate, there is a chocolate ganache filling and the top layer is classic white. There is an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and it is covered in a fresh layer of white fondant. The harlequin pattern adorns the sides. A hand cut nutcracker rests on top.
