Gymnastics Cake

This is a 6" square double layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and is covered with a fresh layer of pink fondant. The gymnastics silhouettes are made from melting chocolates.

Ugly Doll themed cupcakes

These are butter yellow cupcakes with vanila buttercream swirls. The swirls are then airbrushed on the outer portion with green, blue or orange to coordinate with an Ugly Doll theme.

Hello Kitty cake bites; cake

Hello Kitty cake bites: chocolate cake mixed with vanilla buttercream and then dipped in white chocolate. They are then decorated like Hello Kitty.

Completely hand carved Hello Kitty cake. Approx 8" one layer cake with vanilla buttercream filling and decorated with vanilla buttercream and fondant accents to resemble Hello Kitty.

Holiday artisan bazaar

This is a show that I just did for a holiday artisan bazaar. I sold items as well as sampled cakes bites and sugar cookies. I sold cake bites, cookies and cupcakes. It was a very successful night!!

Butter yellow cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream swirl and topped with a pink daisy to coordinate with the Fancy Nancy theme

Fancy Nanct themed cake. 6" double layer round chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. There is an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and it is covered in a fresh layer of white fondant. Free hand cut zebra print stripes adorn the cake as well as a purple ruffle, and pink bow and a "C" monogram.

Harlequin and dot cake

This is a two tier butter yellow cake. The bottom tier is an 8" two layer butter yellow with vanilla buttercream filling, an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and is covered in brown fondant. It has a harlequin pattern with blue fondant and dragees as accents. The top tier is a 6" double layer butter yellow cake with vanilla buttercream filling, an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and is covered in light blue fondant. Brown dots adorn this layer. Fondant beads finish the bottom.
